Responsibilities
Define content strategy for end‑to‑end customer journeys mapped to integrated marketing programs.
Build content plans for key marketing motions to accelerate the customer through the lifecycle from awareness to adoption.
Drive content execution efforts by briefing internal teams and external agencies, ensuring high‑quality engaging content across integrated marketing channels.
Lead collaboration across cross‑functional teams, including integrated marketing, content development, brand, and product marketing to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Be a customer advocate, championing the customer experience with the content you create—how they find it, consume it, and use it to make decisions.
Leverage data and market insights for decision making, including content optimization and new concept development.
Understand the generative AI landscape and identify opportunities to use AI in content strategy and production to unlock breakthrough scale.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of demonstrated track record driving business impact through content.
6+ years of digital marketing experience and familiarity with customer journey mapping and buyer committee best practices.
Strong customer‑centric mindset and demonstrated ability to put the customer first.
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with a growth mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
Recognized as a self‑starter with a bias for action.
Experience managing across highly matrixed organizations with competing priorities.
Deep understanding of content disciplines, including content strategy, SEO, and execution.
Experience with commercial technology sales processes.
Compensation Transparency The targeted annual combined range for this position is 100,000‑216,000 USD. The actual amount offered will be within that range, dependent on factors such as education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and performance.
