About the Role We are seeking a Senior Associate of Product Marketing & Growth for Eko+ Membership to play a critical role in driving growth, engagement, and retention for Eko’s software subscription business. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands‑on execution, takes strong ownership of initiatives, can dive deep into data, and enjoys working cross‑functionally to turn strategy into measurable results.

In this role, you will own Eko+ messaging and positioning across surfaces - including website, in‑app, lifecycle, and post‑purchase experiences - and lead go‑to‑market messaging for key product launches.

You will design and execute growth initiatives end‑to‑end, using experimentation, customer insights, and performance data to improve Eko+ trial sign‑ups, paid conversion, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with Provider Marketing, Product, Software, and Customer Experience teams to build and evolve the Eko+ growth roadmap, run experiments across the funnel, and ensure that Eko+ value is clearly articulated and consistently delivered throughout the customer journey. This role offers meaningful ownership, visibility, and impact at a pivotal stage of Eko’s growth.

As Senior Associate, Product Marketing & Growth (Eko+ Membership) at Eko, You Will:

Own the Eko+ Growth Roadmap:

Own and evolve the Eko+ growth roadmap using deep analysis of funnel metrics, customer behavior, and experiment results to drive trial sign‑ups, paid conversion, engagement, and retention.

Own Eko+ Messaging and Positioning:

Own Eko+ messaging and positioning across all customer surfaces, informed by performance data, experimentation results, and customer insights.

Lead GTM Strategy for Key Launches:

Drive data‑informed positioning and customer‑facing messaging when new features, experiences, or workflows are launched in the Eko App.

Experimentation and Funnel Optimization:

Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across messaging, onboarding, pricing, cancellation, and lifecycle flows, translating results into product and growth improvements.

Product‑Minded Customer Insight Analysis:

Analyze quantitative performance data and qualitative customer feedback to identify behavioral patterns, diagnose funnel issues, and inform roadmap decisions.

Analytics and Performance Reporting Ownership:

Own Eko+ analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting, partnering with Product, Finance, and Business Intelligence to ensure data accuracy and actionability.

Cross‑Functional Execution with Product and Engineering:

Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to launch experiments, ship changes, evaluate impact, and iterate.

Continuous Product Improvement:

Apply experimentation learnings and data insights to influence ongoing Eko App and Eko+ product development.

As Senior Associate, Product Marketing & Growth (Eko+ Membership) at Eko, You Have:

Technical and Analytical Rigor:

Comfortably work with data, experimentation tools, and analytics platforms to independently analyze results and validate hypotheses.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

Analyze market, customer, and competitive data to inform positioning, pricing, and roadmap tradeoffs.

Process and Measurement Improvement:

Improve experimentation, analytics, and execution processes to increase speed, reliability, and impact.

Business Acumen:

Maintain an understanding of Eko+ unit economics and how growth initiatives affect revenue, retention, and margin.

Compliance and Quality Standards:

Ensure initiatives meet company, regulatory, and quality standards across all customer‑facing experiences.

As Senior Associate, Product Marketing & Growth (Eko+ Membership) at Eko, Key Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, management consulting, strategy & operations, or similar roles.

Strong sense of ownership, with a proven track record of leading initiatives end‑to‑end and measuring their impact using data.

Highly analytical and product‑minded, with the ability to dive into funnel metrics, experimentation results, and customer data to inform decisions.

Proven ability to drive execution of complex, cross‑functional initiatives in partnership with cross‑functional teams.

Comfortable operating in dynamic environments, adapting priorities quickly, and balancing speed with rigor.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Strong technical and analytical fluency, with experience using data analysis, experimentation, and project management tools to evaluate and iterate on growth initiatives.
