Role Description This is a full-time remote role as an Influencer Marketing Specialist on a commission-only basis. The role involves working closely with influencers, identifying collaborations, developing outreach strategies, and fostering lasting partnerships to promote The One Billion Dollar Billboard. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing potential influencer alignments, negotiating partnership terms, overseeing campaign execution, and monitoring the performance of influencer-driven marketing efforts. Up to 40% Commission on Sales.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, social media outreach, and partnership management

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and online advertising trends

Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote, commission-based role

Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer ecosystems

Prior experience in managing influencer campaigns or working in a digital advertising environment is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field is preferred
