Senior Director, Field Leadership

Sr. Vice President, TOCA Soccer

Hours Required:

Full-Time, Exempt

Travel:

Up to 75%

About The Role We are seeking a Senior Director, Field Leadership to lead performance, execution, and leadership development across all TOCA Centers. This role builds and leads a high‑performing field organization, ensuring every center delivers strong financial results, exceptional guest experiences, and consistent operational execution. Acting as the critical link between corporate strategy and field operations, this leader ensures initiatives across growth, revenue, and operations are successfully implemented at scale. This role is ideal for a proven multi‑unit leader who thrives on developing teams, driving accountability, and scaling consistent execution across a growing national footprint.

Your Game Plan Field Leadership & Team Development (35%)

Lead and develop District Managers responsible for multiple TOCA Centers

Provide coaching, performance management, and ongoing development for field leaders and center managers

Build strong leadership pipelines for current and future center leadership roles

Establish and reinforce a culture of accountability, high performance, and team engagement

Center Performance Management (30%)

Own performance across all TOCA Centers, including revenue, conversion, operational compliance, and guest experience

Conduct regular performance reviews with District Managers and center leadership teams

Identify underperforming locations and implement targeted improvement strategies

Ensure centers consistently meet expectations for financial performance and guest satisfaction

Operational Execution (20%)

Ensure all locations consistently execute company operational standards and playbooks

Partner cross-functionally to maintain facility standards, staffing models, and operational compliance

Support new center openings by ensuring operational readiness, leadership alignment, and strong execution

Sales & Guest Experience Execution (15%)

Ensure TOCA Center teams consistently execute sales processes and guest experience standards

Monitor first visit conversion performance across locations and drive improvement

Ensure consistent service standards and hospitality across all centers

Communication & Alignment

Serve as the primary communication link between corporate leadership and TOCA Center teams

Ensure company initiatives are clearly communicated and effectively executed at the field level

Provide ongoing feedback from the field to corporate leadership regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities

Leadership Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional leaders across growth, revenue, and operations to support execution of company initiatives

Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and field execution across all TOCA Centers

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of leadership experience managing multi‑location consumer businesses

Experience leading regional or district operations in sports, fitness, hospitality, or retail environments

Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing managers and multi‑level teams

Experience driving operational performance and financial outcomes across multiple locations

Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional alignment skills

Ability to balance operational discipline with a dynamic, team‑oriented culture
