
Growth Account Executive, Health Systems - Uber Health

About The Role
This pivotal role will drive the expansion and optimization of Uber Health partnerships across a dedicated book of existing health systems (hospitals). You will be responsible for nurturing these critical relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and significantly increasing the lifetime value of each account. What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of key hospital system accounts, leveraging a "hunter" mindset to identify cross‑sell opportunities with various Uber Health products.
Success in this role means not just retaining our current footprint, but also aggressively expanding it. Effectively navigate decentralized decision‑making to secure enterprise‑wide adoption.
Engage with executive leadership and strategically influence senior‑level stakeholders to drive deeper adoption and unlock substantial recurring revenue.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of client‑facing B2B experience in Healthcare Sales and/or Technology Sales (SaaS, API, or Software).
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas based on revenue growth.
Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience managing and scaling large‑scale accounts within health systems or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
Experience in the healthcare transportation, non‑emergency medical transportation (NEMT), or social determinants of health (SDoH) spaces.
A unique ability to balance long‑term relationship building with a results‑driven sales approach.
Compensation For Chicago, IL‑based roles: Total on‑target earnings (OTE) range is USD $139,167 – $154,167, which includes a base salary of USD $83,500 – $92,500 and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $55,667 – $61,667. For New York, NY‑based roles: OTE range USD $154,167 – $171,667, base salary USD $92,500 – $103,000, cash variable incentive target $61,667 – $68,667. For San Francisco, CA‑based roles: OTE range USD $154,167 – $171,667, base salary USD $92,500 – $103,000, cash variable incentive target $61,667 – $68,667. For Washington, DC‑based roles: OTE range USD $154,167 – $171,667, base salary USD $92,500 – $103,000, cash variable incentive target $61,667 – $68,667. For all US locations, eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, sales bonuses & other types of compensation. Full‑time employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan and various benefits.
