Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a performance-driven position with strong earning potential and opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass residential neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
Educate homeowners on our services and current promotions
Identify potential storm damage or exterior home issues
Set qualified appointments for the sales team
Represent the company professionally in all interactions
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude with a high level of energy
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation is required to travel to assigned territories
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay plus performance bonuses—bi‑weekly pay periods
