Role Description The Senior Territory Manager will oversee and grow sales in the designated territory by building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, providing equipment consultations, and managing project follow-ups. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boston, MA.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in sales and business development, including identifying new leads and managing client relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Technical knowledge of industrial air compressors or related equipment
Experience with project management and coordinating turnkey installations
Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach to addressing customer needs
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently while meeting performance goals and deadlines
Industry experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is desirable
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the designated territory
