Marketing Manager
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our amazing team.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities Primary
Overall responsibility for the Americas marketing, budget process and planning cycle
Drive understanding of consumer needs and generate actionable insights within relevant segments
Hands‑on execution of our local brand and trade marketing activation
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of key competitors in the market, to drive insights into the business and ensure we remain competitive
Share best practices across the Americas organization
Define, develop, and implement regional tactical annual marketing plans to achieve sales and contribution targets and other key marketing objectives
Public Relations
Manage the PR agency, ensuring focus aligns with business objectives for all three brands.
Build brand awareness through combination of traditional and evolving PR tactics.
Build brand Share of Voice for all three brands within Americas region
Trade Marketing
Partner with Commercial team to plan the retail partnership marketing strategy and execution, including negotiating, developing and implementing efficient joint‑marketing plans with our key retail partners.
Improve brand presence across trade through excellence in in‑store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
Plan & Implement Trade events, with key retailers to drive brand & Product awareness.
Accelerate the conversion in‑store, with online retailers and in our own direct‑to‑consumer channels
Digital
Develop digital marketing plan by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, video and display advertising campaigns.
Campaigns
Work with the central brand team to design and develop fully integrated launch campaign materials to successfully deliver new product launches
Plan the Campaign Process and ensure campaigns are integrated on and offline, driving sales and profitability for existing products, as well as launching new products to market
Analyze and report on campaign activity to ensure that KPIs and objectives are set to optimise campaign performance in support of business profitability targets
About You Experience
At least 3 years' experience in online and offline marketing in a fast‑paced premium consumer goods industry or agency environment.
Proven skill of managing marketing agencies/ suppliers such as Design & Print, Public Relations, and Digital campaigns.
Clear data‑driven approach with excellent quantitative analysis skills.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Management of social media channels.
Experience working with influencers and ambassadors.
Track record of executing successful consumer and trade marketing events.
Further
Strong hands‑on work ethic - able to work at all levels to get the job done.
Ability to actively and continuously prioritize and set expectations in line with business needs
Clear and open communicator.
Strategic & creative thinking
Open to travel to retailers across the Americas.
Willing to lead Brand & Trade Events, work occasional weekends, and additional hours when needed.
Experience writing press releases and public speaking highly preferred.
