Job Overview
ABC Columbia News-WOLO TV has an immediate opening for an experienced Morning/Noon News Anchor in the capital city of Columbia, SC.
Responsibilities
Anchor, report, and produce newscasts for Good Morning Columbia and Noon News.
Collaborate with a producing team to engage viewers in studio and live field contexts.
Independently produce newscasts, edit video content, and write content for the website and social media platforms.
Lead the newsroom with excellent storytelling, producing, and live skills.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of anchoring and producing experience.
Degree in Journalism or Communications preferred.
Strong storytelling, production, and live broadcasting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
