As a Sales Ambassador, you will deliver exceptional client experience by providing expert skincare consultations rooted in product knowledge, ingredient benefits, and personalized service. You’ll drive sales through thoughtful regimen‑building, cross‑selling, and maintaining strong client relationships. With a focus on operational excellence, you’ll support boutique functions including inventory, merchandising, and event execution. This role blends education, luxury service, and a deep passion for skin health to create meaningful, long‑term client connections.

What you’ll get to do: Sales & Skincare Expertise

Maintain deep knowledge of products, ingredients, services, and industry trends to tailor product recommendations and evolve sales strategies

Provide exceptional client experience by demonstrating expertise in skin health and wellness, rooted in an elevated, educational approach to selling

Build genuine relationships with clients by listening closely to their skin concerns and offering thoughtful, personalized solutions

Showcase the brand’s complete skincare portfolio, including cleansers, serums, creams, and masks—through curated consultations and elevated storytelling

Exceed sales targets and KPIs through thoughtful product pairings, regimen building, and expert cross‑selling across skincare categories

Use CRM tools to maintain detailed client profiles, track skincare journeys, and personalize outreach that drives client retention and loyalty

Contribute meaningfully in team meetings by sharing insights, client feedback, and innovative ideas to support continuous sales improvement

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s product formulations, ingredient benefits, and application techniques across all skin types and concerns

Participate actively in product education sessions and stay up to date with clinical advancements, ingredient innovations, and seasonal launches

Ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s luxury positioning through precise product handling, merchandising, and presentation standards

Serve as a skincare authority, educating clients on how to build effective routines and maximize product results

Client Experience & Operational Excellence

Build and nurture relationships through one‑on‑one consultations, personalized follow‑ups, and skincare‑focused events like masterclasses and new product launches

Provide an attentive after‑care service by checking in on product satisfaction and helping clients navigate their skincare progress

Deliver customized shopping experiences that reflect each client’s goals, lifestyle, and skin type fostering trust, loyalty, and brand affinity

Support Operational Excellence

Support daily boutique operations including inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and loss prevention practices

Contribute to the execution of local retail strategies and offer actionable feedback on client behavior and product demand

Maintain merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s clinical‑meets‑luxury aesthetic and promote product discovery

We’d Love to Meet You If You Have:

2+ years of experience in skincare, beauty, or luxury retail

Proven ability to meet sales goals through personalized, high‑touch service

A deep interest in skincare science, wellness, and holistic health

Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients with empathy and expertise

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Flexibility to work 8‑hour shifts during boutique hours (11AM–7PM)

Physical ability to lift boxes and support with stockroom tasks when needed
