DABOS is seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Manager who will lead and manage our online marketing initiatives while acting as a strategic leader with deep expertise in various digital marketing channels, including Google Merchant, Google Ad Campaign Management, Social Media Campaigns, Google Analytics, Affiliate Marketing Programs, Application Performance Monitoring, SEO Optimization, and Amazon Seller Central Management. Ultimately, E-Commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing our digital presence.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Strategic Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies aligned with company goals

Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to increase online sales and market share

Oversee the management and optimization of Google Merchant Center accounts to ensure product listings are accurate and up to date

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ad campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads to drive traffic and sales

Social Media Campaigns

Develop and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

Google Analytics

Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance

Affiliate Marketing Programs

Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and drive sales

Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliate partners

Application Performance Monitoring

Oversee application performance monitoring to ensure optimal website functionality and user experience

Collaborate with the IT and development teams to address any performance issues and implement improvements

SEO Optimization

Lead SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic

Monitor SEO performance and implement changes to enhance visibility and rankings

Amazon Seller Central Management

Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts to maximize sales and profitability

Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized for search, and compliant with Amazon policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preferred 5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth through effective marketing strategies

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Merchant, Google Ad campaigns, social media, affiliate marketing, and SEO

Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

Experience with application performance monitoring and Amazon Seller Central management

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Strong leadership and team management skills

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions

Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising programs
