Community Marketing Manager . This critical role is responsible for driving community occupancy, cultivating relationships, and enhancing brand awareness.

Qualifications and Job Skills
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, and social media coordination
Experience working with the elderly (preferred)
Understanding of state and federal regulations (preferred)
Strong organizational and computer skills
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self‑starter with proven results in a similar role
Positive attitude and ability to work within a team
Must have the flexibility to work on weekends as part of the management team
Must have a valid ODL and a reliable vehicle
