We’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail Event Marketing Assistant. You’ll be the face of exciting events and pop‑up shops, engaging with customers to introduce products and services, and driving sales and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Represent brands at events in high‑traffic retail locations

Engage customers, present products, and drive sales or enrollments

Create memorable experiences for customers to increase brand loyalty

Set up and maintain event displays to attract customers

Meet daily, weekly, and campaign goals

Learn and use proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategies

Work with the team to improve event outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Ambitious, self‑starter who thrives in a high‑energy environment

Great communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement

Able to work independently in retail or event‑based settings

Flexible and reliable; must be willing to work weekends and retail hours

Qualifications

No experience required (though sales or retail experience is a plus)

Must be 18+ years old

Reliable transportation to travel to event locations

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods

Benefits

Hourly base pay + commission – paid weekly

Average representatives earn $900–$1,200 per week

Top representatives earn $1,200–$2,000+ per week
