Role Description The Leasing and Marketing Professional is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Littleton, CO. In this position, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, maintaining resident retention, executing marketing and outreach initiatives, and ensuring efficient lease administration. You will contribute to building positive relationships with residents, promoting the community's brand, and supporting overall property performance.
Qualifications
Strong skills in resident retention and customer service to create positive relationships and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
Experience with leases and lease administration, including preparing lease agreements, ensuring compliance, and managing lease files accurately.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with residents, prospects, and team members effectively and professionally.
Detail‑oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate is a plus.
Proficiency in property management software and standard office tools is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
