This role is responsible for aligning supplier priorities, sales execution, inventory readiness, and in‑market activation, while leveraging data and insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities. This is a hands‑on, in‑market leadership role designed for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and consistently delivers high‑quality execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Supplier Leadership & Partnership
Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers
Lead proactive communication on priorities, incentives, and programming
Translate supplier strategies into actionable plans
Sales Alignment & Market Execution
Communicate supplier priorities to sales teams
In Market Sales Calls with and without Sales Reps
Support execution through tools and program guidance Inventory Coordination & Readiness
Ensure product availability aligns with programming
Identify and communicate risks proactively
Activation Execution & In-Market Presence
Execute activations and manage logistics
Conduct field visits and audits
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking
Analyze sales data and KPIs
Provide actionable insights and recaps
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate across departments
Support launches, resets, and initiatives and pricing

Requirements
3–6 years of relevant experience
