This is a part-time, on-site Event Manager role based in our Sarasota-Naples, FL location. The Event Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events that align with the company’s vision and goals. Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, budgeting, supervising event teams, and ensuring seamless experiences for clients and attendees. The role also entails brainstorming creative solutions, evaluating event outcomes, and contributing to the brand’s engagement and visibility efforts. Qualifications

Proficiency in event planning, organization, and logistics management Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members Budgeting, financial management, and vendor negotiation experience Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances during events Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively Familiarity with event marketing and promotional strategies is a plus Proficiency with event management Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
