
Media Planner

Position Overview
Developing and executing comprehensive national digital media strategies and plans to meet business goals and KPIs.
Including channel, platform & high-level strategic recommendations as well as a test roadmap, to ensure optimal spend and maximum results.
Including budget & flight recommendations as well as audience research/refinement and KPIs.
Strategic plan clearly defined to drive incremental transactions and revenue.
Requires a seamless execution of evergreen and promotional campaigns.
Handling campaign setup including audience research/strategies, best-practice campaign configuration, trafficking, monitoring, reporting & optimizations.
Managing day-to-day operations of national digital media campaigns, such as CTV, Online Video, Programmatic Display, Audio, Native, etc.
Possibility to support paid search and paid social team members
Including vendor management, platform execution, creative assignment, tracking/tag setup, geo-targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing and measurement.
Providing proactive updates, creating detailed reports and corresponding analysis, to identify opportunity areas.
There will be a large emphasis on A/B testing, creative optimization and driving sales performance.
Optimizing campaigns to increase ROI and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Opportunity to redefine what reporting and data visualization looks like for the team.
Supporting local teams across the nation with strategic guidance and working to combine local and national media plans/reports.
Monitoring industry trends and news, as well as staying on top of changes in the digital landscape.
Putting this into practice by innovating and proactively suggesting creative ways to enhance campaign performance using new features and updates.
Meeting with vendors for updates & maintaining vendor relationships.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies & user experience across channels.
Working with internal creative, digital and brand team members to share learnings, determine creative production needs & best practices.
Working with other team members (i.e. paid search & paid social media managers, Solutions Architect, Brand Manager, Web & App Manager, etc) to cohesively plan & execute successful paid media campaigns.
Working with analytics team to carry out incremental transaction and attribution modeling.
Serving as company representative with media vendors/partners.
What We Bring To The Table
Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and/or education.

What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years' experience in digital media, performance marketing or related marketing roles
Proven experience in creating and executing successful paid digital media campaigns that have driven significant conversions and revenue growth
Understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPI's, and profitability levers
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities, ability to work independently & collaboratively
Detail-oriented, pro-active, self-starter and able to independently manage tasks/timelines.
Interested in building processes that do not already exist
Extremely comfortable working in Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation, performance tracking)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions
Preferred But Not Required
Ad Agency experience
Experience in Google Analytics
Experience managing campaigns in Google, Meta, or a DSP (The Trade Desk, DV360, etc.)
Experience in multi-location or franchise environments
Exposure to low-funnel performance KPI's (online conversions, transaction growth)
Experience working with first-party data or audience platforms
