About the Role Channel Impact is hiring a AI Content Enablement Manager to join our team. This role serves as a critical quality gate for our client across their marketing content—ensuring it is AI‑ingestible, standardized, and easily digestible.
Responsibilities
Ensure AI‑ready, scalable content: Act as the quality gate for content developed by the client’s marketing managers—ensuring it is structured, standardized, and optimized for AI ingestion and reuse at scale.
Translate content into AI‑ingestible frameworks: Refine messaging into clear formats so it can be effectively leveraged by AI tools and automation systems.
Drive consistency across communications: Establish and enforce AI‑ready content standards, templates, and messaging frameworks to ensure content is structured for effective ingestion by AI systems and easily digestible for employees—reducing variability and improving quality at scale.
Partner with the client’s marketing managers: Provide guidance and feedback upstream to improve content before it enters deployment—acting as a strategic filter, not just an editor.
Enable seamless deployment through automation tools: Ensure content is properly structured for execution within platforms like Poppulo, Eloqua, SNOW, supporting efficient and accurate delivery.
Continuously optimize based on performance and AI learnings: Use engagement data and AI insights to refine content structures, improve clarity, and enhance overall effectiveness.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a high‑tech organization with expertise in structuring and optimizing content for clarity, reuse, and AI compatibility, combined with strong editorial judgment, marketing automation knowledge, and the ability to influence high‑quality content standards across teams.
Required Skills
Expertise in content structuring, not just writing: Ability to break down and rebuild content so it is clear, modular, reusable, and AI‑compatible.
Strong editorial judgment with an employee‑first mindset: Proven ability to simplify complex messaging into clear, actionable, and digestible communications.
Understanding of AI content workflows: Experience working with or optimizing content for AI tools, including structuring inputs for better outputs.
Experience with marketing automation and deployment tools: Familiarity with platforms like Poppulo, Eloqua, Salesforce, ServiceNow and how content needs to be formatted for execution.
Operational rigor and attention to detail: Ability to enforce standards, catch inconsistencies, and ensure high‑quality outputs at scale.
Influence without ownership: Ability to guide and elevate content created by others, acting as a trusted advisor and quality gate across teams.
