
Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly hands‑on Digital Advertising Specialist to own and execute our paid media and lead generation efforts. This role is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, while also developing high‑converting funnels and email sequences that drive measurable business growth. This is an execution‑focused role for someone who enjoys working directly inside ad platforms, testing ideas, and continuously improving performance.
Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Optimize campaigns daily, including audiences, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies
Develop and refine landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead generation and sales
Create and manage email marketing funnels, including automations, follow‑ups, and segmentation
Track and analyze performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
Identify and scale winning campaigns while reducing wasted ad spending
Collaborate on creative, messaging, and offers to improve performance
Education
2–5+ years of hands‑on experience running paid digital advertising campaigns
Proven experience inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (must have personally executed campaigns)
Strong understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation strategies
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
Comfortable analyzing data and making performance‑driven decisions
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Experience
Experience with landing page tools (e.g., Webflow, ClickFunnels, Unbounce)
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
Basic copywriting skills for ads and email sequences
A true operator who enjoys being in the platforms daily
Data‑driven and results‑oriented
Proactive in testing, learning, and iterating quickly
What Success Looks Like
Consistent reduction in cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
Increased return on ad spend (ROAS)
Improved funnel conversion rates
Growth in qualified leads and revenue driven from paid channels and email
