Responsibilities
Identify market trends domestically and internationally and evaluate trends as they relate to the client.
Work closely with design leadership to identify big ideas and key items that answer the seasonal brief and business needs.
Create techpacks that ensure all necessary information directs the tech team on design intent, while providing proofreading and guidance support.
Manage design team workloads and day-to-day tasks, prioritizing overlapping seasons.
Attend style fittings and assist with fit comments and follow-up actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion or Art (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in the Apparel industry; experience with Knits & Fleece is a plus.
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Excel; PLM experience is a plus.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on business objectives.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
