Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic team player to fill the role of Recreation Specialist – Activities. The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and execute various activity programs and events, including Camp Breakers, Holiday Highlights, and group events. The Recreation Specialist will engage with guests, supervise children, organize outdoor and indoor activities, and facilitate bike riding sessions. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute activities and special events such as Camp Breakers and Holiday Highlights.
Ensure the Seaside Family Entertainment Center is well‑maintained, with clean toys, properly set up games, and anticipating guests' needs.
Execute daily entertainment programs and scheduled special events according to instructions.
Oversee the Ocean Fitness facility, greet guests, assist with fitness classes set up, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure guest safety by monitoring equipment usage.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in organizing and executing recreational activities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with children and guests in a positive manner.
Knowledge of safety protocols for recreational activities.
Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to group dynamics.
