Product Marketing Manager and GenAI Strategist

We're looking for a highly technical and customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to lead customer-facing initiatives that drive product adoption, gather actionable feedback, and translate insights into go-to-market strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site AI pilots engagements with strategic customers who will test Adobe's latest generative AI technology for their marketing organization.

Serve as the PMM lead for strategic accounts, ensuring their needs are represented and met.

Capture and synthesize customer feedback.

Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmap decisions and feature prioritization.

Partner with sales teams to build and scale workshop content and frameworks that influence both technical and business audiences.

Deliver repeatable, high-quality resources (technical playbooks, enablement kits) for account teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of product marketing or related GTM experience in technology or enterprise SaaS.

Demonstrate a test-and-learn and growth mentality.

Strong technical competence.

A background collaborating directly with customers.

Proven ability to lead customer engagements and translate feedback into actionable insights.

A track record of navigating cross-functional dynamics in matrixed orgs and bringing people along a shared path.

Global cultural awareness and experience working with international teams.

Analytical approach with ability to define success metrics and measure impact.

Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Outstanding program management skills.

Up to 50% travel expected.

Expected Pay Range Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 – $183,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $126,900 – $183,750. In New York, the pay range for this position is $126,900 – $183,750.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
