Job Overview
Infinity Replacement is Marvin’s dedicated replacement window and door business. We are seeking a Field Marketing Supervisor to lead Brand Ambassadors across retail locations and events, coaching the team, and generating qualified leads through a direct‑to‑consumer model.
Highlights of Your Role
Manage relationships with retail partners; lead staffing, training, and supervision of Brand Ambassadors.
Represent the organization at trade shows, events, and in‑store at retail locations to generate qualified design‑consultation leads.
Report on performance metrics and staffing needs.
Develop and manage staffing plans and schedules for market warehouses.
Set up and tear down events, handling logistical arrangements and material delivery.
Travel regularly within the assigned market; occasional travel to other markets may be required.
Earn performance bonuses for appointments scheduled in your market.
Compensation ranges from $66,000 – $100,000 inclusive of base salary and bonuses.

Prior experience coordinating retail, show, or event workers.
Ability to travel to all assigned shows and events within the territory.
Consistent availability to work weekends, with few exceptions.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor‑vehicle record.
Physical capacity to lift 40 pounds, push 75‑pound displays on wheels, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to set up and/or tear down up to two shows per day, often involving an hour or more of physical activity.
