Overview
We are seeking a
Marketing Communications Specialist
to support our Partner Marketing organization across
Mobile, Compute, XR, and AI platforms . This role will be responsible for crafting compelling, partner-focused marketing communications that highlight joint value creation, ecosystem momentum, and real-world impact across OEMs, ISVs, developers, and strategic partners. This role will support the Partner Marketing team leads in coordinating across the marketing organization, regional marketing teams, sales, finance and business units. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual willing to take and drive initiatives. Experience managing cross-functional marketing and GTM activities and programs including message development, channel programs, event marketing, social media, PR and digital will help ensure success for this candidate. This person must have superior organization skills, a keen attention to detail, and ability to drive cross-functional projects forward.
Responsibilities
Partner & Ecosystem Communications
Develop and execute partner-focused messaging and narratives across Mobile, Compute, XR, and AI platforms.
Translate joint solutions, collaborations, and ecosystem innovations into clear, differentiated stories that highlight mutual value and partner impact.
Support partner announcements, launches, and milestones (e.g., co-marketing campaigns, case studies, joint PR moments).
Content Development & Storytelling
Create high-quality content including executive talking points and briefing documents, partner-facing presentations and enablement materials, and event messaging, session descriptions, and partner highlights.
Ensure messaging communicates technical credibility, business value, and ecosystem scale.
Campaign & Channel Execution
Support integrated partner marketing campaigns across events, web and social channels, and email/digital marketing.
Collaborate with internal and external channel owners to ensure consistent voice and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with partner marketing managers and regional teams, product & technical marketing, PR and corporate communications, and legal and brand teams.
Ensure all materials meet brand, legal, and partner approval requirements.
Measurement & Optimization
Track performance of partner communications and campaigns.
Use insights to refine messaging, formats, and storytelling approaches over time.
This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy. This is a U.S. based position and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of communications, marketing, public relations, or related work experience.
OR Associate's degree and 3+ years of communications, marketing, public relations, or related work experience.
OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of communications, marketing, public relations, or related work experience.
Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Communications, or a related discipline preferred
2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, partner marketing, or B2B tech marketing
Experience in Mobile, PC/Compute, XR, AI, or semiconductor ecosystems
Familiarity with co-marketing, OEM/ISV partnerships, or platform-based marketing
Comfort creating executive-level communications and presentations
Experience supporting major industry events and announcements
Knowledge of brand governance and legal review processes in large organizations
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
High attention to detail, editorial quality, and brand consistency

Pay Range And Other Compensation & Benefits: $33.56 - $50.34. The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
