Location: Remote, USA
Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 annually
ON Services is a national, full-service event production company specializing in AV design, lighting, scenic design, mapping, and creative solutions for corporate events, trade shows, concerts, and large-scale productions. Guided by our mission to create powerful experiences that move audiences, our company is comprised of three specialized teams, ON Site (venue services), ON Events (event production), and ON Tour (touring and live show support), all working together to deliver seamless execution across venues, events, and tours.
About The Role ON Services is seeking a Marketing Manager to own day-to-day marketing execution across all three business segments. This is a hands‑on marketing role focused on execution. The Marketing Manager will write, build, coordinate, and deliver marketing initiatives that support sales and drive brand visibility. From marketing campaigns and content to sales materials and digital presence, this role supports a broad range of marketing efforts. It directly impacts how ON Services goes to market. The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership and sales to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities and consistently represented across every channel.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in live events and/or hospitality marketing who understands the industry, the audiences we serve, and how to stand out in a competitive market. What You’ll Do Primary Focus — Marketing Execution: Campaigns, Content & Digital Campaign Execution
Execute marketing campaigns across website, social, and email to support brand visibility and business priorities
Build and deploy email campaigns through Mailchimp
Manage social media calendars and coordinate publishing across platforms
Support paid digital marketing efforts, including LinkedIn Ads and targeted campaigns
Coordinate with creative resources to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives
Content Development
Develop content for ON Site, ON Events, and ON Tour that differentiates each segment while maintaining a consistent ON Services brand
Write and refine marketing copy across all channels, including email, social, web, and sales materials
Support development of content that highlights company expertise and strengthens brand visibility
Brand & Digital
Ensure consistent brand application across all marketing channels and materials
Support website updates and landing page development (e.g., blogs, campaign microsites) to reflect current messaging and priorities
Assist with company presence at trade shows and industry events
Secondary Focus — Sales Enablement
Develop and maintain presentations, one‑pagers, pitch decks, and proposals that support sales efforts
Organize and maintain marketing assets for easy access and use by the sales team
Partner with sales leadership to ensure messaging and materials reflect current priorities and positioning
Supporting Focus — Project & Process Operations Management
Own and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Manage multiple marketing projects with clear timelines and consistent follow‑through
Maintain organized systems for assets, templates, and campaign records
Track and report on marketing performance to support ongoing improvements
What We’re Looking For Experience & Background
3–6 years of marketing experience (live events, AV, or hospitality preferred)
Proven ability to produce polished, professional marketing content independently
Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, web platforms (Wix or similar), Google Analytics, and Canva or Adobe tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Skills & Traits
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Highly organized with strong project management instincts
Proactive and self‑directed—you identify what needs to be done and act on it
Strong communicator who collaborates well across sales, operations, and leadership
Comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing momentum
Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and resourceful
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
