Visual Merchandising Designer

The Visual Merchandising Designer supports the execution of creative and impactful visual display projects across windows, in‑store, and showroom environments. Working closely with senior visual staff and cross functional partners, this role contributes to the development, visualization, and delivery of retail presentation concepts that align with brand and business objectives.

This position requires strong technical design skills, hands‑on execution, and the flexibility to support a wide range of visual initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Execute special visual display projects as directed by senior visual merchandising leadership

Create, review, and maintain planograms to support consistent and effective visual execution

Participate in the proofing and approval process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent

Develop high‑quality Photoshop renderings to visualize concepts and presentations

Produce 3D renderings and support aspects of industrial and store design

Partner closely with graphic designers to enhance and elevate visual assets

Assist in sourcing materials for window displays, in‑store presentations, and showroom setups

Contribute wherever needed to support team priorities, tight timelines, and evolving project needs

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment

Experience with PLV (Point of Sale / Point of Purchase) development in retail

Higher Diploma or above in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field

Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp

Background in store design strongly preferred

Highly motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through

Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams

Pay Details:

$30.00 to $32.00 per hour
