Control the sales process and close high-value deals
Build relationships that convert into contracts
Present homes confidently and overcome objections
Drive traffic through social media and personal branding
Educate buyers on financing and initiate loan applications
Maintain follow-up momentum and generate referrals
Collaborate with leadership to move deals efficiently
This is high-ticket, consultative sales with real earning power.
