Position Highlights
Assist customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process
Build strong relationships with guests by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
Utilize social media and other platforms to build your personal brand and promote the dealership
Maintain knowledge of our new and pre-owned inventory, current incentives, and financing options
Keep the showroom and lot organized and customer-ready
Deliver vehicles to guests in a professional, efficient manner
Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
Use CRM tools to manage customer communication and follow-up
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
