SFS Inc., a global leader in retail merchandising and marketing services, is excited to announce a nationwide retail reset initiative and is seeking experienced Retail Reset Specialists to join our team. This project involves the transformation of product department layouts across over 1,400 retail locations, which includes updating shelf heights, executing planograms, and relocating merchandise. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in retail resets, fixture installations, or merchandising looking for consistent project-based work over several weeks, with potential for future assignments. Project Overview

SFS Inc. is undertaking a major retail rollout aimed at enhancing store layouts and product visibility. The responsibilities include resetting merchandising layouts, updating signage, and ensuring that products are displayed according to the revised planograms. Each store installation generally takes between 8 to 14 hours, depending on specific store conditions. Team members will be assigned a cluster of stores within their geographic region, allowing for efficient travel routes and minimal downtime. This project spans multiple weeks and offers consistent work schedules. High performers may continue to be involved in future projects after the program concludes. Position Highlights

Retail Merchandiser - Store Reset Specialist will ensure successful execution of store installations by: Following project guidelines, timelines, and procedures Moving merchandise according to updated layouts and planograms Collaborating with team members and store management during installations Communicating professionally with field leadership and project teams Capturing completion photos and updating reports using mobile tools Maintaining safe work practices while performing physically demanding tasks Experience and Background

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in independent retail roles focusing on resets and remodels. Preferred backgrounds include:

Retail merchandising resets Store remodel or refresh programs Fixture installation or retail construction Retail shelving and display installation Product merchandising and planogram execution Experience with retail project teams or national rollout programs Experience working independently in retail settings with planograms and store layout diagrams is strongly preferred. Qualifications

6 months to 2+ years of retail reset, merchandising, or fixture installation experience preferred Ability to read and implement planograms and merchandising directives Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout an 8-10 hour shift Comfort working independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned area Valid driver's license preferred Smartphone required for reporting and communication Professional appearance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements

This role involves physical retail work, including: Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, kneeling, and lifting fixtures or merchandise Using basic hand tools for fixture assembly and installation Moving product and shelving during resets Candidates should feel comfortable performing physically active work in a retail environment.
