The Social Media Manager is responsible for shaping how the company communicates to the market through high-impact content, translating complex cybersecurity and technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives that drive awareness, build credibility and support pipeline growth. The role requires strong editorial judgment, content strategy capability and the ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level.

Responsibilities

Write and publish high-impact content across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.

Translate complex cybersecurity and technology concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content.

Partner with executives, sales leaders, and subject matter experts to extract insights and develop compelling narratives.

Develop and manage efficient content workflows to support consistent, high-quality output.

Establish and maintain a strong, differentiated brand voice aligned with the company’s positioning.

Produce content at scale while maintaining technical accuracy and credibility.

Repurpose long‑form content (e.g., webinars, customer conversations, product updates) into engaging short‑form assets.

Continuously test and refine messaging, formats, and content approaches to improve performance.

Analyze content performance and optimise strategy based on data, audience engagement and business impact.

Support key initiatives including product launches, thought leadership and competitive positioning.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product and sales teams to align content with business priorities.

Stay current on cybersecurity trends, buyer needs and digital platform dynamics.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in content, communications or marketing, preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise technology.

Proven experience creating content for senior enterprise audiences, including CIOs, CISOs and other executive stakeholders.

Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for business and technical decision makers.

Experience partnering with executives and subject matter experts to develop thought‑leadership content.

Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills across formats and channels.

Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality content at scale while maintaining accuracy and credibility.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, challenges and buyer priorities.

Experience using modern content tools and workflows to drive efficiency and impact.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to inform content strategy.

Highly collaborative, self‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation for this role is estimated at $140,000 – $175,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training and certifications.
