Job Description:
This role is key to increasing visibility, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and audiences, and promoting the firm’s projects, people, capabilities, and culture through strategic digital content and traditional marketing initiatives, including managing and executing the company’s social media strategy to enhance our brand’s online presence and community building.
Social Media
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Create and schedule content, write compelling posts, and engage with followers.
Assist with short-form digital content.
Analyze performance data and social media trends to optimize strategy.
Produce monthly marketing performance reports.
Marketing
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including newsletters, signage, brochures, blogs, presentations, project spotlights, etc.
Collaborate on strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s brand, messaging, community building, and business development efforts.
Help coordinate company and employee events and community engagement initiatives.
Provide support for internal and external communications, including press releases, awards submissions, etc.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and collateral.
Communicate with project managers and field teams to orchestrate and gather photography, drone footage, videos, and updates from job sites.
Manage branded materials, including promotional items, apparel, etc.
Other
Own deadlines, details, and deliverables with excellence and efficiency, and have the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute proactively.
Collaborate cross‑functionally across the company to align the company’s messaging and impact.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
1‑3 years of social media and marketing experience.
Experience with content creation, marketing campaigns, analytics, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
Basic video editing and photography skills are a plus.
Copywriting and/or strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Creativity and initiative.
Compensation
Non‑exempt/hourly: $48,000 - $60,000 based on experience
PTO and paid holidays at time of hire
