Graphic Designer & Marketing Support | Arlington, TX | Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
Sage Search Partners is seeking a Graphic Designer & Marketing Support professional for a retail/home decor company in Arlington, Texas. This fully onsite role will support packaging design, catalog and digital marketing production, and photography-related workflows while helping maintain strong brand consistency across creative materials.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of graphic design or production experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills with a particular emphasis on InDesign and Photoshop, experience working across both print and digital environments, and the ability to stay highly organized while juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in wholesale, retail, or other product-driven businesses, along with exposure to packaging design, photo shoot coordination, and seasonal or catalog-based production cycles, is strongly preferred. Responsibilities
Create and finalize packaging concepts for new product lines, including production-ready files for print execution.
Partner with internal creative and marketing teams to support broader campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Help maintain visual consistency and quality standards across all creative deliverables in both print and digital channels.
Assist with catalog development, advertising materials, and other marketing assets that support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Organize and manage image files, photo assets, and related creative materials to keep projects moving efficiently.
Coordinate product samples and provide support for catalog creation and photography sessions.
Contribute to multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment while keeping timelines and deliverables on track.
Client Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or a related field.
Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop.
Hands‑on experience producing materials for both print and digital use.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven success managing several priorities at once and delivering work on deadline.
Background in wholesale, retail, consumer products, or another product‑focused environment is preferred.
Portfolio or demonstrated experience in packaging design and preparing files for final production is a plus.
Prior involvement with photo shoot support, product sample tracking, or similar coordination responsibilities is preferred.
Familiarity with seasonal launches, catalog cycles, or high-volume product marketing environments is beneficial.
Must be comfortable working onsite in Arlington, Texas.
