Enable senior sellers to focus on strategic growth and new revenue by owning critical retention and administrative processes. Own the Small‑Dollar Renewal Pipeline: manage the full renewal sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio of smaller contracts, ensuring zero churn. Contract and Administrative Support: take ownership of routine operational tasks related to amendments, bookings, and transactional contract modifications. Customer Operational Liaison: serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to billing and basic contract questions. Support Account Strategy: collaborate with senior ADs on renewal forecasts, multi‑threading, account mapping, and data gathering for strategic presentations. Maintain Install Base Health: monitor customer health metrics, flagging potential renewal or usage risks. System Mastery: manage pipeline, forecasting, and adherence to processes using Salesforce and pricing tools. Prospecting/Booking Meetings: uncover new opportunities by prospecting into net new contacts in assigned accounts. What You Bring

Highly organized, process‑driven, eager to build a career in Enterprise SaaS sales. 3‑6 years of professional experience in a closing or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, execute complex administrative processes flawlessly, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in contract management. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting directly with clients via phone and email. Familiarity with Salesforce and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Motivated self‑starter who thrives in a supportive, team‑centric environment and is eager to learn complex enterprise sales cycles from experienced leaders.
