Here's what we're looking for.
- 1-2 years of property management or related leadership experience
- LIHTC experience required
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems
- Proven leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional approach

- Oversee daily property operations and drive overall performance
- Manage financials, including rent collection, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure high occupancy through effective leasing and marketing strategies
- Lead, coach, and support leasing and maintenance teams
- Maintain strong resident relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance withLIHTC regulations, Fair Housing, and all applicable laws
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and community upkeep
- Monitor market trends to stay competitive
