Role Description We are seeking a Sr. Commercial Roofing Estimator for a full-time, on-site position based in Baytown, TX. This role includes preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, analyzing project specifications, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with project managers and clients. The Sr. Commercial Roofing Estimator will also prepare bid packages, track and report project costs, and ensure that estimates align with project goals and budgets.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Construction Estimating, including the ability to review blueprints, perform take-offs, and utilize estimating software
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Experience in Budgeting and maintaining cost efficiency across projects
In-depth knowledge and experience with commercial Roof types and installation methods
Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant construction and bidding software
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field is preferred, but not needed as long as you have the years of experience.
Relevant certifications, such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), are a plus
