Job Details As a Senior Site Superintendent, you will oversee 2–3 concurrent multifamily projects ranging from approximately $1M–$5M. This role requires full ownership of field operations from project startup through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities across multiple projects
Manage subcontractors, enforce schedules, and maintain production targets
Uphold strict quality control standards and ensure work meets specifications
Coordinate inspections, logistics, and day-to-day site operations
Identify and resolve field issues proactively
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Communicate effectively with internal leadership and project stakeholders
Required Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of direct site supervision in multifamily residential construction
Proven experience managing both ground-up and/or full renovation multifamily projects
Demonstrated success leading projects independently from start to finish
Strong track record in subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality assurance
Proficiency with Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project, and Excel
Stable career history with clearly completed, comparable projects
Must be based within a practical commuting distance to Boston job sites
Not Suited For
Assistant superintendents without full project ownership
Junior or early-career field professionals
Trade foremen lacking full-site responsibility
Candidates focused primarily on large-scale commercial high-rise work without relevant multifamily experience
