Position Summary The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for assembling and filling various size trays and shapes of boxes with company product. The associate will be required to assemble and case product into predetermined product case dimensions without error for inventory, and work as intake for all batteries and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a multiplicity of products that are similar and of different sizes and shapes.

Wrap, seal and finalize packaged products before labeling and product storage.

Receiving and labeling all incoming products.

Fulfillment for all batteries for Florida dispensaries.

Perform any other duties assigned by the department manager.

Qualifications

Excellent hand and eye coordination.

Excellent dexterity to handle product boxes; constantly assembling and filling boxes.

Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, carry, push, pull various size boxes, bins, carts, bags and other equipment.

Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, etc.).

Ability to work in a production environment and meet production goals.

Ability to focus, stay on task, and continuously demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.

Working knowledge of manufacturing/shipping operations, usually from 1–2 years of experience.

Ability to read and understand procedures and follow verbal and written instructions.

Proficiency in operating manufacturing-type machinery.

Team player with strong communication skills.

Additional Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, WV).

Successful completion of comprehensive background screening.

Physical Requirements

Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 ft, and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 ft, with or without mechanical assistance.

Work seated/standing at workstations for extended periods, maintain equilibrium while climbing ladders, and perform reaching, gripping tasks.

Handle organic matter daily, wear PPE as appropriate; exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions up to 95°F.

Visual acuity with/without job aids for reading, viewing a computer terminal, and inspecting small parts/details.

Communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (moderate noise).
