This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Attorney with between 4-8 years experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions. The firm is an AMLaw 200 firm operating across 30 offices across the United States with over 700 attorneys.
A strong background in broad-based commercial real estate experience, with a focus on commercial leasing, along with other aspects including, Acquisitions, dispositions, finance matters and due diligence.
You will work closely with experienced lawyers in their highly-regarded Real Estate practice in Chicago. The team is known for providing a collegial and supportive environment, providing opportunities to develop increasing levels of responsibility, including participating in matters generated through firms wider network.
The Candidate
Experienced Real Estate Attorney with 4-8 years experience
Sophisticated experience in complex commercial real estate transactions
Being comfortable working across various asset classes and sectors
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in DC
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organization and time-management skills
