Responsibilities
Complete PLACE New Agent Launch to replace guesswork with a real business model that gives your effort a clear direction and measurable outcome.
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using proven PLACE systems so your pipeline is always moving and your income is never dependent on one deal at a time.
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards so conversations that used to feel uncomfortable become your biggest competitive advantage.
Commit to weekly coaching sessions so every week you have a clear plan, a set of goals, and someone holding you accountable to reaching your personal and professional best.
Attend weekly team trainings and partner calls so you are learning from the people in front of you and continuously raising your own standard.
Leverage PLACE technology and our administrative support team to keep the paperwork and repetitive tasks off your plate so you can stay focused on clients and closings.
Show up to team activities and culture events because the people around you directly shape how fast and how far you grow.
Qualifications You are early in your career but you are not early in your ambition. You know you are capable of more and you are ready to stop waiting for it to happen and start building it intentionally. You lead with integrity. You care about the people you serve. Currently licensed in Maryland or willing to transfer.
1 to 5 years of real estate experience with 3+ transactions closed.
Willing to fully commit 40 to 50 hours per week with consistency and discipline.
Coachable with a learning‑based mindset and genuine openness to feedback.
People‑first approach with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Integrity‑driven with a commitment to honesty, follow‑through, and doing the right thing.
