Overview

Crestview Aerospace is a manufacturing organization working closely with large aircraft and weapon systems OEMs, such as Boeing Defense, Bell, RTX/Collins Aerospace, Northrop Grumman and several others to deliver complex design‑to‑build and build‑to‑print assemblies. Crestview Aerospace provides these assemblies in support of in‑service platforms, such as: H‑47, V‑22, F‑35, F‑15, F‑16, F‑18, KC‑135, E‑2, and weapon systems such as Harpoon and SLAM‑ER. Crestview Aerospace is comprised of two manufacturing sites, with operations in St. Louis, Missouri and Crestview, FL, and employs approximately 300 professionals. Description

Crestview Aerospace is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst professional to perform coordination, cost analysis, pricing and assembly of proposal documentation for management approval and submittal to customers. The Pricing Analyst will collaborate with the proposal team and management to ensure proposal costing/pricing and customer deliverables comply with federal government regulations, request for proposal (RFP) requirements, and internal policies and procedures. Principal Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Develop proposal pricing that meets RFP requirements and adheres to company policy and procedures. Compile and analyze labor, material and schedule inputs from MRP data, functional departments and 3rd party suppliers. Research and analyze historical data and develop cost models to support proposal efforts. Coordinate activities and participate in fact‑finding meetings in support of proposal efforts. Lead or participate in pricing gate reviews with management. Assist with negotiations and analysis of pricing in support of new contracts / purchase orders. Support continuous improvement of strategic, financial and administrative pricing policy. Support internal and external audits to include customers and DCMA/DCAA. Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies

Experience developing proposal pricing and packages. Experience with US Government accounting requirements (FAR/DFAR, CAS, TINA). Experience with Defense or Commercial Aerospace OEMs in procurement / proposal processes. Experience with ProPricer and Epicor is a plus. Knowledge of complex machining and assembly. Financial knowledge and understanding of contribution margins and EBITDA. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Ability to develop, cultivate, and manage relationships. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A BS degree with 4 years of experience or related equivalent experience. Must be able to work overtime, weekends and flexible hours as required to meet proposal deadlines. Must be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a public trust position (if required for the position). Limited travel may be required. Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data. Work Environment

Primarily operates in a professional office environment. Works in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with competing priorities. Regular interaction with cross‑functional teams. May require occasional exposure to manufacturing areas. Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak proposal cycles, audits, or business needs. Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 20 pounds. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
