M&A Associate - Real Estate

We are partnering with a leading global asset manager with a strong presence in real estate investing, looking to hire an M&A Associate to join their team.
This is an opportunity to take on a more hands‑on role across the full transaction lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership on complex, high‑value real estate deals.
The Role You will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate transactions, with exposure to both acquisitions and broader strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and underwriting real estate investment opportunities in line with portfolio strategy
Building and reviewing detailed financial models to support investment decisions
Leading due diligence across financial, commercial, and operational workstreams
Managing transaction processes end‑to‑end, working with sellers, investors, and external advisors
Preparing investment papers, presentations, and materials for senior stakeholders
Supporting negotiations and helping drive transactions through to completion
Staying close to market trends, identifying opportunities, and providing strategic insight
Your Background We are looking for candidates with:
3-6 years' experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or a related investment role
Strong financial modelling and transaction execution experience
Direct exposure to real estate investing or asset‑level underwriting
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
This is a high‑impact role within a well‑established platform, offering strong deal exposure and clear progression.
