We are a growing platform building an institutional quality asset management infrastructure and seeking a highly analytical professional to support portfolio performance and reporting.
Position Overview PrimeSpace Capital is seeking an Asset Management Financial Analyst to support the oversight and performance of its real estate portfolio. This role is highly analytical and detail oriented, with a strong emphasis on financial review and investor reporting.
The Analyst will play a key role in building and enhancing internal asset management reporting infrastructure, working closely with the asset management team to analyze historical performance and improve reporting strategies. This role requires a willingness to work cross-functionally, including supporting due diligence, acquisitions, technical asset management and broader operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Asset Performance
Review property level financials, budgets, and forecasts across the portfolio
Analyze operating performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
Track KPIs and advise on alignment with business plans
Underwriting & Acquisitions Support
Assist in underwriting new acquisitions and development opportunities
Support due diligence efforts during acquisitions and closings
Review assumptions, financial models, and deal performance metrics
Collaborate with the acquisitions team on investment evaluations
Investor Reporting
Support the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reporting materials
Compile, validate, and analyze financial and operational data
Help communicate asset and portfolio performance clearly and accurately
Technical Asset Management Support
Work closely with technical asset management on operational initiatives
Assist with capital projects, leasing updates, and property-level execution
Provide analytical support for ongoing asset-level decision making
Infrastructure & Process Development
Help build and improve in-house asset management reporting systems
Develop and maintain dashboards, models, and standardized reporting templates
Streamline data collection and reporting workflows across the portfolio
Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience in real estate, asset management, acquisitions, or related role
Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills (advanced Excel required)
Understanding of real estate fundamentals (NOI, IRR, cash flow analysis)
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
Preferred Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
Exposure to self-storage or retail asset classes
Experience with due diligence and transaction processes is a plus
Experience in building systems and improving internal processes
Strong work ethic and willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities
Clear communicator with the ability to synthesize complex data
