Key Responsibilities
Mentor licensed agents and individuals completing pre‑licensing through hands‑on training, live deal guidance, and organized coaching systems.
Work with a steady pipeline of developing agents, creating ongoing opportunities to recruit, guide, and expand your impact while strengthening your own real‑estate business.
Support newer agents to succeed and build leverage, stability, and momentum within your own real‑estate career.
Qualifications
Licensed real‑estate agent.
Experience in coaching or mentoring preferred.
Compensation Compensation:
$160,00 at plan commissions
