Digital Media Buying - Analyst

Principal Purpose of Position

Manage the execution, pacing, and optimization of paid digital media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Apply data-driven decision-making to proactively improve performance across digital advertising platforms. Develop insights, recommendations, and best practices based on performance trends.

Interpret and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.

Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.

Enhance existing data sets with third‑party sources of information when needed.

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Locate and define new process‑improvement opportunities.

Education and/or Training

Four‑year college degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Relevant Work Experience

3–5 years of experience managing paid digital media campaigns. Experience in automotive or multi‑unit retail a plus.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 – $103,955.00 USD annually for full‑time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
