
Sales Engineer

ARC Technologies LLC, a Hexcel company, develops RF and EMI absorbing materials for defense and wireless applications worldwide.
Responsibilities
Generate new sales from existing and new customers across territories.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams as the voice of the customer to create strategies, define priorities, and manage the sales deliverable process.
Lead the development of customer solutions by performing analysis of customer needs and available resources.
Serve as the interface between the customer and internal resources to keep all parties apprised of key issues and concerns.
Leverage knowledge of products, services, processes, and operations to support customer commitments, gain competitive advantages, and foster business growth.
Collaborate with R&T to develop innovative new products and solutions for technically challenging customer applications.
Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts; adapt communication style for virtual, written, or face‑to‑face interactions.
Negotiate long‑term agreements (LTAs) to increase market share while preserving or growing profitability.
Be willing to travel approximately 25‑30%. Outside of travel, work will be based at the Amesbury, MA office.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or STEM required; prior selling experience is a plus; open to new graduates.
Strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
Ability to translate technical customer needs to internal engineering staff.
Hands‑on, team‑player attitude with a self‑driven work ethic.
Strong time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Competency with the sales order process as it relates to customer specifications and change requirements, and ability to work closely with operations to ensure timely implementation of production schedules.
Proficiency in personal computer use and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary $76,550 - $130,135
