Role Description
This is a full-time, for a Traveling Construction Superintendent. Responsibilities include overseeing construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing schedules, and maintaining project budgets. The Superintendent will closely collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project completion that meets quality and timeline objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety Strong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively Ability to develop and maintain budgets to meet financial targets Solid Project Management abilities, including scheduling, coordination, and leadership Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and team members Experience in retail construction projects is highly desirable Computer experience with Excel, Word, Project
