Field Supervisor – Heavy Civil & Commercial GC (NYC)
Salary: Up to $120,000
We’re working with a long established
heavy civil and commercial general contractor
delivering infrastructure and building projects across New York City.
They are looking for a
Field Supervisor
to run multiple active sites across the five boroughs.
What you’ll be doing:
Oversee 2–3 live construction projects at once
Manage internal crews and subcontractors on site
Coordinate daily field operations and site logistics
Be the main on-site contact for foremen and subcontractors
Ensure safety, quality, and schedule requirements are met
Move between job sites across NYC
What they’re looking for:
Strong field supervision experience in heavy civil or commercial construction
Comfortable running multiple sites at the same time
Experience managing crews and subcontractors
Hands‑on, practical approach to site problem solving
Able to handle light admin and communication tasks
