Job Overview
Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an auto body shop to help find an experienced Auto Body Estimator for a temp‑to‑hire role. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional environment and transition into a permanent position.
Schedule Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM
Compensation $24‑$40 per hour, based on experience.
Employment Type Temp‑to‑Hire
Key Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles and accurately assess collision damage
Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry‑standard estimating software
Communicate estimates clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal technicians
Review repair needs, labor, and parts requirements to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on supplement approvals
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Qualifications
Previous auto body estimating experience preferred
Knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and labor standards
Experience with estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
