Join our team as a Benefits Specialist, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting U.S. health and welfare programs within a dynamic Shared Services environment. In this hands-on role, you will ensure operational excellence across benefits eligibility, enrollment, deductions, and vendor coordination while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, brokers, and external providers. Responsibilities

Responsible for the accurate administration of U.S. health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs, including new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and open enrollment activities. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, delivering accurate, timely, and professional support that advances customer excellence. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve benefits eligibility, enrollment, deduction, and file-feed discrepancies in coordination with HRIS, Payroll, and benefits vendors. Partner closely with U.S. Finance to review, reconcile, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and timely payment. Support benefits rebilling activities by validating cost allocations, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate chargebacks. Work with benefit brokers to resolve issues, discrepancies, and disputes related to benefit plan administration. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate transmission of benefits and financial data across HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and vendor systems. Support ongoing benefits projects, system enhancements, and remediation efforts related to HR Shared Services implementation. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing during system updates, vendor transitions, and process improvements. Identify recurring issues, service gaps, or inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance accuracy, financial controls, service delivery, and the overall employee experience. Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA, as well as internal operational and financial controls. Prepare documentation, reports, and audit support related to benefits administration, vendor performance, broker engagement, and financial reconciliation. Manage escalations professionally, exercising sound judgment and discretion to ensure timely resolution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Shared Services processes, service standards, and customer satisfaction. What You Bring

Ability to manage and develop sales territories while also managing costs and risks Strong ability to administer and manage U.S. health and welfare benefit programs with a high level of accuracy and accountability. Demonstrated experience resolving benefits file-feed, eligibility, and deduction discrepancies in partnership with HRIS, Payroll, and vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex benefits information. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, especially during peak periods such as open enrollment. Ability to operate effectively in a Shared Services, high-volume, or project-based HR environment. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and benefits administration systems, with strong data management and reconciliation capabilities. High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when managing sensitive employee information. Commitment to delivering customer excellence for both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated initiative and ability to conduct independent research related to new benefit offerings and evolving healthcare regulations. Speaking Spanish or Vietnamese preferred but not required Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required. Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on benefits administration experience, with direct responsibility for U.S. health and welfare plans. Strong working knowledge of benefits-related compliance requirements, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA. Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or Shared Services transitions preferred. What We Offer
