Entry-Level Real Estate Agent
Engel & Völkers Tucson, Tucson, AZ, United States
Overview
The people you surround yourself with early in real estate can shape your entire career. This opportunity is built for newly licensed or entry-level agents who want real structure, genuine mentorship, and day-to-day guidance rather than trying to piece it all together on their own. The mission is straightforward — help you build consistency early, so your business can scale faster down the road. First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+. In this role, you\'ll gain hands-on mentorship from agents who are actively producing, training built around communication, conversion, and client service, and proven systems that keep you organized and moving forward every day. You\'ll be part of a team culture grounded in accountability and collaboration with a clear roadmap for continued growth and advancement. Responsibilities
